Gregg is a regular business columnist for the Rochester Business Journal, and an adjunct professor teaching MBA students at the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. As the leading authority in experience management and culture change, he frequently delivers keynote and educational programs for conference, corporate and university environments where audiences consistently rate him among the very best speakers. Patrick uses Brand Integrity’s experience management solutions to help clients drive employee engagement, productivity, customer loyalty and profitability. A brand and experience management expert, he provides educational workshops on the Achieving Brand Integrity® philosophy and incorporates real-life stories and practical examples that help executives learn how to manage branded experiences in order to overcome challenges and maximize opportunities. He serves on the board of Rochester Businessman's Charitable Organization, and is founder of the Crazy Pig Road Rally, which has generated thousands of dollars for charitable causes. Previously, he served as Vice President on the board for the Pirate Toy Fund.

Our resident technology expert, Doug is responsible for the development and management of Potential Point™, Brand Integrity’s experience management software solution. Through Potential Point, he helps organizations deliver branded experiences and drive business results through employee assessments, strategic recognition, customer feedback and reporting tools. Doug is a graduate of the William E. Simon School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester and holds an MBA in marketing and finance. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Computer Science from Haverford College in Pennsylvania.
